Who Are We?
DoseOptics is a spinoff company from Dartmouth, with the goal of translating Cherenkov imaging to make daily radiotherapy safer. We operate on the belief that both patients and providers deserve to feel clear and confident about each fraction of radiation delivery, throughout every step of the treatment process. To that end, we designed and developed the world’s first Cherenkov imaging technology and customized it for clinical radiotherapy applications. We continue advancing its R&D for maximal value to the clinical team and patients.
Our Mission
Radiation requires precision, and the actual delivery of radiation can be the most susceptible to human error in the process. At DoseOptics, our mission is to improve the field of radiation therapy by providing intuitive visualization of the delivery for the whole treatment team.
Using Cherenkov imaging technology, we give the clinical team the ability to see the actual delivery of radiation from start to finish. With BeamSite and DoseRT – advanced, real-time radiation visualization systems – healthcare professionals can identify and rectify any treatment inaccuracies.
DoseOptics is helping provide safer cancer care, by giving the therapy team direct visual of their treatment accuracy, improving everyone’s confidence in the process.
